The corporate newsletter, The Exchanger, is issued in May and November each year and distributed to more than 2500 HTRI members and prospective members throughout the world.

Advertisements will not be placed on the front or back covers, or on the inside front or back covers. Full-page ads will be printed separately and distributed in the same mailing.

All ads must clearly state “Paid Advertisement.” If a full-page ad is to be sent in hard copy, please e-mail a proof for our review at least two weeks prior to issue (by May 1 or November 1).

Submission Information

Camera-ready ads must be submitted four weeks prior to issue date (April 15 or October 15) or hard copies of full-page ads sent ten days prior to issue date (May 5 or November 5).
