Board of Directors

The Board of Directors consists of full-time employees of member companies or participating affiliates and up to three non-member company representatives who have influence, business expertise, and/or unique technical skills that support the needs of the corporation. The number of directors is determined from time to time by resolution of the Board of Directors.
